LAUGHTER YOGA INTRODUCTION TO REIKI
Laughter Yoga was created by Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995. He noted that at his clinic patients happier taking less medication than those who hardly ever laughed. This finding has led to research on the benefits of laughter and then want to bring people in a park and form a club of laughter.
At first, people laughed at jokes, but they became boring in the long run that led Dr. Kataria and his wife (Yoga teacher) to create laughter exercises to stimulate the body to laugh. This was the birth of Laughter Yoga. In his research on laughter, Dr. Kataria discovered that laughter for no reason brought all the health benefits offered by natural laugh. All muscles are activated and the body does not differentiate.
