1. Laughter yoga is a unique concept where you can laugh without reason, without recourse to humor, jokes or comedy.

2. We initiate laughter as exercise group, but with the look and playfulness, it quickly becomes natural and contagious laugh.

3. The reason it's called Laughter Yoga is because it combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing. This brings more oxygen to the body and brain, what makes you feel more energetic and healthier.

4. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on scientific studies which show that the body can not make a difference between a laugh and a laugh simulated natural if done with energy. A person reaps the same physiological and psychological benefits.

5. Designed by a general practitioner in India, Dr. Madan Kataria, the first laughter club started with only 5 participants in a park in Mumbai in 1995. Since then we have thousands of laughter clubs in over 65 countries.
