The young Charlie Babbitt discovers that her late father bequeathed almost his entire fortune to his lost brother, Raymond Babbitt. Then he'll go see him, he realizes Raymond is an autistic who drags in a psychiatric board. Furious at his financial fortunes, Charlie tries to take Raymond to lose him, but discovers that despite his quirks unbearable, Raymond is an engineering calculation and it will end up attached to him.
